Baby won't eat!?

Need advice!
I have a baby ringneck that turns 1month this Saturday, who absolutely refuses to eat. The two slightly younger ones with it are eating fine. I'm a bit worried... I shouldn't have to forced the food down its throat! But it's acting hungry, just doesn't want to eat the food with the younger babies. It's poop does look slightly harder than normal? Please help,
