It is just a light ring that is lighter green then the rest of his feathers.

yea..tell me about it my IRN is so young it is uncoordinated etc, i cant wait until he is older.

My little IRN is only 9 weeks and it already has a small ring around its neck.. is this normal? at such a young age?

One problem is that He/She has a bad limp when he walks.. i hope its not going to be a big problem.
