im planning to handraise my first clutch of ringneck about 3-4 weeks, my question is ** do i need a brooder?** at this time, its summer in australia and last week the temperature has been up to 40+ degrees... Also is this a good time to pull them out as its my first, right now theyre about 1 week ol...

well i have about 3 eggs in the next box now...


ill update u guys more later on, hopefully they hatch and the parent look after them... fingers cross



it was very disappointing when only one egg hatch and the parent didnt feed the baby... this happen about 5 weeks ago with my lovebirds :(

i dont know how long they been doing their business, i only saw it a few days ago but today i check the next box and notice one egg already... the next one could be tomorrow or the day after coz not sure when the first egg was laid exactly
