ok. I went through Psittacula descriptions and checked off each item as it applies to my bird and the closest one was Blue. So until I can post pics and get an opinion I'll call him blue.

Thank you Shey, I now know why there is so much confusion. I have to say except for my grey I sure can't say without a doubt my turquoise is turquoise. The backgrounds, lighting, camera and computer all play a role. Guess I'll just have enjoy what i like and not worry about it.
