My little Putty does the same. its funny, cause she'll stand on the edge of her water bowl, stick her wings out and dunk her whole head under water then shake it everywhere! She is tame so we take her in the shower all the time and she loves it. you can also try spraying him one of those spray bottles, see if he likes that?
