tips please

all is going well with gizmo up until last night,gizmo normally goes into the cage no trouble normally when hungry,but last night trying to get the cage closed when inside was a nightmare

, maybe we started off on the wrong foot by letting gizmo out to do own thing then go in when it likes,but now has clicked on when it goes in we close the door when we want to go out

. gizmo is still very unsure of us getting to close so we are unable to hold gizmo at this time,any help would be great thanks

Sounds like Gizmo is rebelling! lol.

Have you tried putting Gizmo in the cage earlier each night? Say half an hour earlier than usual? This seemed to work with Yoda.

My 2 usually go back to their cages around sunset to have a feed then sleep. Occasionally we have a rebellious night and they won't want to go to bed but most nights I can trust they will end up in their own cages. :roll:

today we left gizmos cage door only open very slightly,crafty thing climbed ontop of the cage , opened the door wide enough to enter and sat in there eating,after all the trouble yesterday of getting our baby back in

, didnt even make an attempt to fly back out
