What mutation is my IndianRingneck ?

Hi all :)

First of all i have to say that I am new member to the forum so congratulations to the forum and I hope you can answer me about my questions, also i apologize for my poor english because i from Macedonia :)
So i got an Indian Ringneck parrot which is 5 months old unsexed and its colour it looks a bit interesting, it has something blue and grey mixed colour but still not sure what is going to be called this mutation, so please tell me!
Also if you identify if it is male or female tell me :)

I would go with normal grey

Thank you so much all for the answers and yes those feathers doesn't look good and i have no ide why, it was like that on the pet shop too so maybe they will get better in the future :/
