What mutation is my IndianRingneck ?

First of all i have to say that I am new member to the forum so congratulations to the forum and I hope you can answer me about my questions, also i apologize for my poor english because i from Macedonia
So i got an Indian Ringneck parrot which is 5 months old unsexed and its colour it looks a bit interesting, it has something blue and grey mixed colour but still not sure what is going to be called this mutation, so please tell me!
Also if you identify if it is male or female tell me
