About the parents of your creamino (turquoise-ino) hen: the ino gen can only come from the father so the father of your hen must be split ino. Something else: your female creamino is split cleartail and she could also be violet, but the lack of melanin due to the lutino mutation could be hiding violet (50% probability).
I will make calculations suposing heterozygous turquoise birds without violet.
