1 cup of pasta
1 cup of whole grain rice
peas, corn 2 eggs and sweet patotoes (how much of each you want is up to you!)
then brought it to boil once pasta was done, tipped water out, cut up corn, potoate and egg and vola! a great healhty meal my baby loves
i still have a tiny bowl of seeds and pellets but she prefers this...
also i have been hidong almonds and peanuts in side fruit and stuff, like banana and it works she eats banana to get to the almond
