PIed Palllid ?

Post by hammadahsan »

Hi could you guys tell me what mutations this bird is
the pied mutations are only showing on the head, and the bird also has lacewings
is this bird a keeper?

it looks like a cinnamon pallid
To me 100% not a pied.
cinnamon tends to have irregular certain patches that gives people the impression of pied

Are the patches going to affect the results in breeding, or are they just visual patches that wont change anything in the babies?

Definitely not a pied.

Not the best photo for ID purposes, but I'd go with green cinnamon dom. edged. Head is to dark for pallid, I think.

i dont see the edge dilution in the bird, the wings do look alot like lacewing, but yeah the head is too dark for lacewing.

What would be a good breeding option for this?
i was thinking sf violet, that should produce violet green dom edged split blues
