Our new friend casper.

Post by Hannah »

This poor little budgie is the smallest budgie i've ever seen. He was hand reared and then sold to a family who never got him out of his cage because they thought he might fly away, they also said he was scared of people. As it turnsout, he is the sweetest most affectionate little thing. They just gave him to me with a flash cage and all sorts of expensive stuff. Ha Ha, stupid rich people, they dont know what they're missing, He's such a bundle of laughs, right now he has burrowed down my top and is muttering in his sleep!

The kid or the bird? They're both pretty cheeky, I think they are going to get on just fine!

Great score on Casper. Beautiful colouring.

I noticed that only one wing is clipped. To make it easier on Casper, it might be an idea to clip the flight feathers on the other wing to give Casper more balance when fluttering to the ground. :)

yeah, he's been butchered a wee bit, he gets around ok though, he can still fly for some reason.
