When a semi-tame IRN nibbles your neck and face what does it mean? Are they bonding or just curious?

do you mean nibble like preening/loving or nibble like are you edible ? I would probably go with the first one.

I can tell he was trying to be gentle like preening. He sees my other birds preening my face do I don't know if he is just curious or is trying to bond.
