hay was just wondering if you guys are familiar with ths and if any of you have purchased it? i was wondering if the package comes with VHS Cassettes or DVD'S cause i only have dvd access..

if you could help thatd be great..!!

i have just ordered the course. it was half the usual price. i also have access to dvd and not vcr. when you order you can choose which you'd like.
