confused bout feather colouring

hi,ive just bought my 1st IRN and im abit confused with the colouring i was told he or she will be..Atm Kenny is approx 4weeks old.the feathers r just starting to open,which are yellow in colour,but the breeder i got the bird from said its a blue/grey colour..will the feathers change to the blue gray
