Introducing myself

Hi

My name is vee, I am from durban south african.
I have 3 ringnecks, Blue, tweety and Lola.
Tweety recently had laid 3 eggs, none hatched, after 2 months I removed her eggs from the box
I find now that tweety has become aggressive and constantly screaming all hours of the day,biting it's gotten to the point where I have to block her with something in order to give her fresh food and water.
Please can someone tell me what's happening and how do I help her
