Hi All.. new to Irn and forum

Hi ..I have just got my new baby Sully who is 12 weeks old. Sully is parent bred but quite sturdy and not flighty or putting his back to me when I approach the cage and talk.
I would like as much advice as you can give on the best way to gain Sullys trust and affection.. should I consider clipping wings while getting Sully to trust us ??

Ps I have had parrots before but Sully is my first Irn..
I also have aviarys which Sully is I think trying to get out of his cage to..lol
