Need Help Please! Want to build aviary

I live in Las Vegas. We have extreme weather. I have 4 Ringnecks, a African Grey, and a parakeet. I would like to build them a aviary for daytime use. What kind of wood can I use? What kind of and size wire should I use? I have tried researching on the internet but haven't found any good information. Please help.
