Have you made your own toys?

I would like some ideas of how to make bird toys.
If you have made some before or you know how to i would
appreciate it if you gave me some ideas.

I make heaps
just use your imagination and make sure it's safe for the birds
i plaited rope and sewn buttons on it, i have also done the same with wire threaded through and made rope swings ect...
endless creations and cheap too

Baby toys are supposedly toxic for birds, don't know if its true.

there are a couple of good posts in the photo forum on this subject
my main thing i do is look in pet shops for ideas the got to the local discount shop for things to use the one thing i seem to find the birds really love is the dog chew toy on a rope

It all comes down to you, whether you want them
to look rugged or neat. You can still browse the net

I dont care what my bird toys look like as long as
they have fun playing with them
