quails

hi i have a question to ask, i was visiting a petshop the other day and they had an avairy with indian ringnecks in it and at the bottom they had quails.
is this ok?
would this be a good idea,i know that they would be good to help clean the mess from the seed but would they be attacked by the ringnecks.
