my IRN has been shaking like he's cold he's also been losing some feathers what do I need to do
He is kept indoors, there are no open windows, his eating habits are just the same

Dude..You need to give us more details ASAP.
Is he outside? Is he indoors next to open windows?
Do you have a heater next to his catch to keep him warm?
Best of all call a VET! A BIRD VET!

Your bird might be molting, Call a Avian Vet just to make sure. Get pictures of your bird on here for us so we can get ideas..
