Hey I just bought I new baby Indian Ringneck yesterday. It's Soo cute but I,m trying to feed it but he/she won't take it.
He is 4 weeks old , I'm giving it the exact formulae the breeder told me to do so, but he/she just spits it out or doesn't take from the syringe (3mL syringe). And whenever I approach him he just cries looking at or try to hides in the box. Also the breeder told me to give 20mL of formulae three times a day, but I'm skeptical about it any help?
Also right now he is in a box with a lamp to keep it warm any suggestions what I should get to put him in? A cage or a fish tank.

Keep on offering the exact formulae it has to eat, perhaps changing the time you offer food, also make sure it is quiet around the cage at feeding times it is all very new for the young bird it needs time to adapt to the new situation just do what the breeder suggested. Try not to have too many people near the box, warmth is essential.
