Newbie with problem

Hi! My name is Erika and I am so glad to have found this site. I have three ringnecks, two of which I just aquired yesterday. These two are a breeding pair that was found abandonded in the back of a pick-up truck. We were contacted and brought them home. I currently have them in quarentine for a few months before moving them into my bird room; we have 64 other birds. I want them to have time to calm and de-stress in addition to ensuring health before adding to our flock. The problem is that the female is chewing on her legs, they appear raw and scaly. I am not sure what can be causing this, just stress perhaps? If anyone has any suggestions how we may help her, please let me know. I hate to see her in discomfort. Thanks!
