I did such a good job of posting a pic thought I would do it again LOL.
Here is Rainbow and this is what he looked like on the day we met him. This was about 3 weeks ago. We get to bring him home tomorrow!!. The rescue says his feathers will grow back. If they don't then I guess we will have to get him some groovy sweathers.

hehe what a cutie, definately just a plucker. I would doubt heavily that its permanent, they will come back.

Its just something you will have to work with to make sure he doesnt keep it up. I am sure he will come back lovely and quickly.
