posting photos

Hi can someone please tell me how do i post a photo so that it shows on the page

You need to host the image on a site such as 'imageshack.us' or similar.
Once you have that image hosted, you then get the actual web address of the image such as 'imageshack.us/photo/number1.jpg' You can find this address via the areas the site provides the info on, or you can right click the image you want off the internet site, and choose 'properties'. The address you want in this case is next to 'Location'.
Once you have that address, you type that into the post here, and enclose it in the following tags.
Such that it becomes '[img]imageshack.us/photo/number1.jpg[/img]'
