This is my Jasper who I hand raised just over 2 years ago.

As you can see womanhood has blossomed but she is not interested in any males I have

In fact she seems to loath any other birds and tries to attack them at every opportunity she gets. Even though she is so ready to breed, she will NOT accept any other bird to be anywhere near her. I had her in with a male but she chased him so much I thought it better to save him the stress and seperate them.

Looks like she is to remain a pet.

Bummer....does that mean I might have to buy more "replacement" birds?????????

She sure is in a loving mood, maybe it will just take her a little more time. Eventually the urge for motherhood might get the better of her and she will accept what she can get ?

what a gorgeous yellow your baby is pinkdevil - i have enjoyed watching some of the vids on u-tube - learning heaps about colours and behaviours -lol.
