Hows it going just wondering if black eyed peas are alright for irn's

as far as I know they should be right. The breeder i got micha from was feeding them to his birds, im not sure if they need to be soaked first or not?

thanx for that still not to sure i know they have nutrients that are bad for for humans in them unless boiled.
