when i got my indian ringneck as a baby, i clipped his wings. but after 9 months the feathers i clipped havent grown back?? im starting to get worried. He gets a good diet of fruit everyday and seed and occasionly has a biscuit. is it something i am doing wrong or something i should do?

Indian Ringnecks do not moult all year round, nor do they moult more than once a year so dont be worried.
A young IRN is known to not have a big moult till even its second year. 1yo's are quite possible of only going through a very minor moult until the age of 2.
Nothing is wrong
Make sure it gets sunlight (not sitting in a window behind glass)... and keep up the nice diet.. and you are doing fine.

No worries, happy to help. When he moults you will know

They get scraggly and messy and look sickly indeed lol
Can happen at 1 year of age, or 2 years of age.. and from then on its yearly.
