this is orchid our wonderful mummy bird



and these are the triplets!!! at 1 day old

and again at 10 daysstill little nudie bubs but they are starting to open their eyes


and of course we have to have a pic of our very proud daddy here dont we ?
i cant wait to see colors on them

What colour is Orchid?

Amazingly beautiful babies!! Mummy and Daddy sure look PROUD! Well done, just in time for fathers day! This is making me too excited.

The hen is a Silver (grey cinnamon) I would say. The brownish (not dark) lower jaw, witht he pale grey look, and the lighter coloured feet/nails give it away.

One of the young is either cinnamon (or albino if your cock carries the ino gene) based on the eye colour that is showing (pale eyes compared to the others).

thanks guys and yes fah is right orchid is silver and ive been told by the lady that bred riku that it looks like the light eyed bub is albino its so exciting watching how quickly they grow !!!!
