Bluffing and Eye Question

Marley seems to have entered his bluffing stage already. He's turning 3 months old this week. Is that too early for it? I'm worried that I'm thinking it's bluffing but maybe he's in discomfort and sick and that's why he's biting. He pecks more then he bites, but he will squeeze with his beak over your skin to the point where it hurts.

Also, his eyes are doing some weird things. I know they're supposed to change, but his sort of do this crazy looking dance-like thing. If I hold him and talk to him they'll go from his regular black beady eyes to almost completely blue-grey colored and then back to black. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Just want to make sure my little guy is ok!

Sounds like Marley is testing the waters and seeing how far he can push you lol.

Bluffing begins at different ages for each bird.
His eye changing sounds like "pinning" to me. It's all quite normal. :)

What exactly is "pinning"? His eyes seem to only change if he's upset or being very playful.

Pinning is where the eyes seem to flicker from large to small.

I found this link on "pinning".
