I fink koi is a new variation becouse i cant find his colors anywere
He has a silver body and wings, white head and belly, blue cheaks and a turquse tail.
is he a new variation

In all honesty it doesnt sound like an Indian Ringneck (not at least pure) from the descriptions you have posted. There are several hundred different combinations Indian Ringnecks can have, with something like 20-25 base mutations. I dont know a single variety of Indian Ringneck however to have independant cheek colouring nor the varied range of colours your describing.
There are a few people around who mix breed with various other asiatics, so who knows.
Noone would be able to say if it is or isnt without being able to see a photo. So hopefully you can take a pic sooner or later and show your cute bird off.
