is it possible that 2 normal green IRNs can have any offspring of a differnt color. What are the chances ? Just curious,

Yes. Its impossible to give an exact chance percentage, but it isn't uncommon for them to be split to something. If both parents are split to blue you can also expect blue babies. The male can be split to Ino, Cinnamon, Opaline, or Pallid and you'd get females in those colors. They can also be split to cleartail, turquoise or several mutations all at once! Its difficult to guess without knowing some info on both their parents.
