Hello!

I recently got a 6 1/2 week old IRN. He chirps a lot even after feeding and bobs his head. I am currently giving him 16cc of formula.
He does stay quiet throughout the night and as long as he his in his safe little cage. He also has a right swollen eye. it's not crusty nor any secretions coming out. just swollen. he does tend to keep it closed throughout the day.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not certain what the question is or what you're seeking help for?

Is it possible he got some formula in his eye? It happens sometimes. I always kept a damp cloth or paper towel nearby for cleaning up a chick after feeding if needed.

If it were something else, I might have an avian vet take a look to make sure it isn't anything serious.
