Do birds get pimples?

Hi
this might sound like a really stupid question, but do birds get pimples?
my cockatiel (yeah i know not an IRN but thought you guys might know) has a little pink bump between her eyelid and the par where her feathers start again. like the baldish space around her eye that isnt her eyelid.
it looks to me like a zit thats just started to grow but i didnt know that birds could get zits!

I dont believe they do get pimples. I'd get this checked out by an avian vet asap. Any growth is worth checking out.
