Hi. I am new to this forum.
I got 2 one-week old babies about 2 months ago. They are 1.5 months old now. I have hand fed them with Nutribird formula. For the past 2 weeks they don't want me to feed them (with a syringe), although they do not quite eat by themselves (or so it seems).
Other than that, they have just started flying 3 days go and since then they have gone crazy. They scream all day long non stop, including whenever I take them out of their cage and when they sit on me (they scream in my ear, it's terrible). I don't know what to do, it's driving me nuts, I can't study! At night they are quiet. Is there anything I can do regarding this behavior? Is it just a phase they are going through?

Your two babies are screaming because they are hungry. They still should be on at least 3 handfeeding a day. If you can't feed them with a syringe then try a spoon. They will quiet down if their bellys are full. Just because they are flying dosen't mean their fully weaned. Your going to have behavior problems down the road if you force them to wean early.
If you got them 2 months ago how can they only be 1.5 months old?

As I said, I got them when they were a week old so that is less than 2 months ago (since they are about 1.5 months old now).
Anyways, believe me that I try to feed them, I didn't WANT them to wean, they just refused to eat when I feed them. I even tried feeding little pieces of soft food to their mouth, and they spit it out! But I think they are now eating better by themselves. I give them fresh fruits and vegetables daily + wet Nutribird pellets. I do try to hand feed with a syringe still, and once in awhile they do take it (but still rarely).
