Because i start working classic work time (8hours+), he is alone in that time.. :/
What is pros and cons to get him female ?
What will change in our relationship?

I have only just read this. Firstly, if they bond they will breed, will you be able to breed And work?.
Best get another male, keep them separate, in the same room, but separate cages and exercise, IRN's are much more independent than other parrot species, but eight hours is quite a long time.
