Just thought i'd say hi. I've been pretty busy, Lou is doing well. I'm just working and going to the gym and it's been that there's something going on every weekend. I'm also recovering from a fall I took this morning at my moms. Her dog came plowing down the stairs behind me. Took me out. I was at the second to last stair. My left hip hit the last stair, my back hit the second to last one. I've got a bruised hip, welt on my back, a scrap/brushburn on my right side and a bruise on my right shoulder. I'm taking ibuprofen and tylenol and heat on my back.

I hope everyone is doing well and the fids are good.
