feathers missing

Hello, I have a yellow female and ever since having her last clutch, she is still missing feathers. When she had her 4 babies she was missing feathers on her belly/breast. Since then she is missing on the back as well. She was getting them back but now it is worse. I am worried for her as it will get cold soon and although she and her mate go into the nest box at night (like an old married couple) I don't want her to be cold. She has a good appetite, and gets the regular parrot food, plus fruit and vegetables. I have just given her some capsicum today and she is loving it. She also gets cauli, lettuce, fruit etc.
Would this be parasites, or something else. We don't have an avian vet around here as far as I know.
