Hey ya'll:

I am very interested in knowing how to encourage my baby girl (10 weeks old) to be more vocal. She only tweets a couple of times in the evening. Is she just too young to be very chatty?

I am leaving a CD playing when we leave with whistle tunes and such, anything else I can do?

What age do they get chatty?

Thanks, in advance! :P

Mine really didn't start getting really talkative till about 2 years. They started their whistling when they were about a year, but always just when they were in their cage.

I just worked with them alot when they were out of the cage and they started getting more and more vocal, now I can't get Loki to shut his trap

Best thing you can do it continue to work with her, she'll come around. Don't get discouraged! :D

HI,
My Irn didn't start really being vocal until he was about 5.5 months old. He is 6.5 months old now, he is just starting to whistle, and I heard him trying to say Hello. I think it was hello. It sounded like it anyway.
I was totally shocked. I thought it was my husband whistling at me! Talk about a shock, That was one when I found out it was Nikki.

Hope this helps,
