Bar spacing size for IRNs??

Hi all
I'm currently hunting for a cage for three IRNs and I need to know what is the maximum bar spacing width/size (for their cage) that they can have . I'm looking to get a cage on Ebay so I need to know what to look for and what to avoid! Any suggestions?? All advice greatly welcome and appreciated!!
PS> Could you please tell me the measuremnts in cm rather than inches.

MUST be made of metal and alluminium free...
not sure about the spacing,,,i think u can see as long the head cant come out...
should have horizontal bar

Are these adult birds or babies that have been raised together that your going to put in one cage?
The bar spacing should be no larger then an inch apart.

I'm not sure how old they are. They don't look like babies but the male hasn't got his ring yet either.
Do you think putting them together will not work?? They seem to get along together where they are at the moment but I don't know if they all came from the same batch.

It all depends are you using these birds as breeders in the future?
Are they used to being in a large flight aviary?
It's possibale that if they are used to a very large flight cage and you bring them home and put them in a smaller cage they are going to go through some territory issues with one another.

Well at the moment they're sitting in a wooden box about 40cm x40cmx40cm in the pet store...they've been there about a month now. I don't know where they came from prior to that.
I am not getting them for the purpose of breeding but if they showed signs that they wanted to "make babies" than I would help them "work towards that"
but I don't know how this will be if there is three of them (2 girls and 1 boy) or will it cause conflict???

My opinion is if you want to make good pets out of them then they should be separated. When they reach sexual maturity there will be conflict between them. Having them in separate cages makes taming and training them easier too.

Do you mean like having all three seperated or having the 2nd female seperated from the couple?

Yes I feel that each bird is happier with it's own space.
