I was curious as to what is the best seed to feed Sam. when we got him he was already on LM ANIMAL FARMS VITA VITTLES PARROT DIET. It contains Peanuts, vita bits, cornm sunflower seeds, and chilli peppers, it says a total diet with essential vitamans and nutrients. It is made by Hartz. We also use Lafeber's Avi-era Bird vitamins in his water daily. and he eats treats. He LOVES Lafebers NUTRI-BERRIES. He also gets friuts and veggies on a daily basis. Are we feeding him good enough??

Becareful with seeds that have Peanuts.For peanuts myself l only give Mylo as a treat outside the cage and limit that, for peanuts have fatty acids and to much can cause then to be overweight then cause problems
Other than that yes, you are doing well with his diet
