what shall I do to touch my little alex?when i try to touch him he run away.

right now he's eating from my hand..

If he wasn't hand-reared you will just have to be patient and keep trying, but gradually. Let him get to really trust your hands.
Sometimes they just don't like to be patted/stroked, but patient work might get you there. Have a trawl around the forum, there are plenty of comments on this type of thing.
