My baby has a problem with hands

Hello there! I have my IRN Alexander for exactly one month today. I can`t say that he was scared at all of me and my family, but he has a real problem with hands. I clipped his wings after I realized that it is impossible to catch him if he was out of the cage. Immediately after the fun began. He is getting out of the cage every day, I`m always the one that "releases" him. So he goes around the room, specially where is the mirror. Seeing that he has a problem with hands getting close to him, I used a trick. I catch him in the evening with a very thin blanket. He is not afraid at all. So, I "build" a tent over me and I place him there, on me, and I talk to him gently. A few days ago he began to kiss me, and last evening he even stick himself to my face and lips, and stayed like that more that 15 minutes while I was talking and kissing him. Under the blanket I can touch him, he is not biting me, but he is not so happy about it. When he is out of the "tent", he is not staying to touch him. Anyway, I see an improvement since I use this blanket trick. And one more thing, when I leave the room, he is calling me, and sometimes he is trying to say a few words. I would really appreciate if you would advise me how to handle this problem with hands. Do you know any tricks which would help to make him comfortable with hands? Is it too soon? Thank you!
