I was just wondering if it was normal for a bird to have a runny kinda diarreaish poop after they ate something they werent used to having. I gave oliver some new millet and some peppers so i didnt know

he has been doing great

so i guess its just the stuff he ate gave him some runs!

Not to worry, new foods often cause that reaction. To avoid this, introduce new foods slowly. Hold off a while on the new stuff, keep an eye on the poop, and paper towels close by! What kind of peppers? Hot peppers often cause this reaction the first time with birds, and all of the time with me! I’m actually eating some right now for breakfast. Why do we like to punish ourselves?
