this is Sky, 14 months old. only had him for 2 weeks. think its a him as he has started displaying. only managed a few photos before he decided he wanted a go with the camera, now he only has to see a camera or a phone and thinks its a toy for him to eat.

apart from budgies this is the only other bird ive had dealings with, and a parrot is just a little different.

aww sky is beautiful ! .. and is that a kestrel ?.. I adore our Nankeen Kestrels, they intrigue me no end.

no its(was) a red tailed hawk(American bird). she belonged to my brother in law, but he didnt know what he was doing and she died. shame he didnt try to find a site like this for info really.

*Jaw drops* Gosh, what beautiful birds! Love that look in Skys eyes! and wow, birds of prey are just divine!
