What Mutation could this be

Hi Guys,
I am from the middle east, and yesterday I bought an IRN, it has a deep blue color, however, I feel like it has light green and grey on the back, the inside color of its tail is grey and green. What mutation could this be?
Also, it is a hand reared IRN, the leg band starts with LB; which seems to be BanksLea Aviaries in Australia, and it hatched in 2014; per the band.
What sex could it be, and is there a rough age from the below pictures?
