Just checked the box....

The pastel blue hen has atleast 2 eggs
and the grey male is friendlier than normal too, I thought he would be protective because the hen is sitting on eggs but he come up and took food from my hand.

.. I haven't been able to check on mickey's situation as to # of eggs, she is never off that nest.
and I don't really want to disturb her, wish the quakers would start laying instead of just protecting an empty box. sigh!

Thanks. I just peeked in the hole, I didnt want to disturb her by opening the lid. she may possibly have more but I only seen the two.

Just checked the box again and she has 4 eggs that I could see but she may have been sitting on more

woohoooo !! .. wonderful darlin.
I wish I had the guts to check in on mickey but I am way too scared that she will get a fright and break the eggs. I haven't seen her out once in the past week. Kai is always taking stuff in there though , so he is looking after her well.

I had a look today (just a quick peek) and I seen a baby has hatched
Im not quite sure how many have hatched. Tiffy is a little upset because I told her she will have to wait till they are a bit bigger to see them.

Its really exciting, I sent my sister a sms saying her new baby has hatched and she was really really excited. I told tiffy she will have to be patient and she is at that age where she wants to what things mean, she told me she doesnt think she can be patient.

it is usally a week before another hatch's mine took 3 weeks to all hatch and all 4 eggs hatched but one sadly had clubbed foot so keep an eye out some more will come soon me thinks

Still only the one has hatched
I just candled the remaining eggs and they dont look clear but im not sure what they should look like.
