Doing the bop!

I was just sitting at my computer and i looked at lutino who was hanging from his/her mirror. He/she appeared to be doing some bop-like dance to his /her reflection

. Ive never seen this before, it lasted a couple of minutes, and at 1st i thought lutino was choking lol.
Is this a sort of mating behaviour?

Ive been told that my bird looks and acts like both sexes lol

sounds like he is trying to regurgitate to the bird in the mirror, part of the male ritual of feeding the female at breeding season.

oh really? maybe, cos it kinda looked like he/she was chewing something whilst doing funny neck movements lol
