Is this female behaviour?

This is Percy, and I've had her/him for 2 weeks. I was told by the breeder that he/she was about 12 months old. They took percy to a petshop to be sold and went back a few weeks later and saw that school kids were poking her, so they bought her back, and sold her privately.
She/he loves being scratched and patted and lets me know by making a clucking noise and putting her head down, usually first thing in the morning and then several times through the day. Here is a video. Also her eyes pin while she is being scratched. Is this female only behaviour?

Oh yes ! that is very female, tilting the head back like that when scritched. Males tend to arch their heads and place their beak on the ground. Again you cannot be 100% sure but I would put alot of money on Female.

What a gorgeous lil blue girl you have! They can fool you sometimes. I wouldnt be 100% but thats definately girl behaviour.
