I am not sure about IRN babies but I do know that the crop looks full and otherwise looks good. What are you concerned about not being normal? It is definitely a baby, but again I am not good with these birds as babies....

! Master Chief looked like that when he was a baby... so did his brothers/sisters.

looks normal and healthy to me, big head is because s/he is an alex baby, I would say 4 - 5 weeks old, going by the feather and pin coverage.
