does anyone know of any site where I can go to learn how to build a playgym for Sunny my Quaker and Jaden my IRN ? I was thinking the pcv or wooden , not sure which would be easier to clean a nice size one would be nice , taking all ideas on this thanks

I've made both . Parrots will take to either one. It doesn't have to be pretty. My preference has been wood. Any wooden stand I've made doesn't have any smooth wood. All of mine are irregular branches that are nailed or screwed together in odd shapes. The branches are knotted and knarled and crooked . I use different thicknesses of wood. That makes the bird's feet stronger. Their gripping power is better than on straight, smooth perches.They can go up, down, left, right, in all angles. I immediately remove all standard perches from any new cages I purchase and replace them with irregular branches. I get these branches from my back yard. My birds are medium/large sized and their feet need to be developed and strong. I basically imitate what they use when they're in the wild. My stands are easy to make. All that's needed is a little imagination, screws and/or nails and branches.They can be made so they can be nailed into a flat box or made to stand on the floor. All of mine are easily moveable. Sometimes, I need different sized pieces of straight wood to complete the stands and I go to Home Depot and get them.

Yup very easy to make your own. I made my T stands for our birds. For the smaller birds I made a tee pee style stand which is so easy. And I helped my friends in the US make a stand for their umbrella cockatoo, which was very much like the first stand Petey showed, just a baseboard, nail on edges, screw on some uprights from the underside of the baseboard, then screw in cross bars to your liking four old chair coasters screwed onto the bottom and there you go, and it only cost us around $10,(old chopping board, spare wood, old coasters and a few branches).

Like Petey says, they love to climb around on different shaped and angled wood and adore to chew at nobbly bits etc.

u did a good job they are all nice , now where to find vet tape is my next question?

What's Vet tape? Maybe here in the US, we know it by another name.
